Kingston Borough Council required Macs Automated Bollards to install automatic rise and fall bollard systems with CCTV monitoring at 5 locations where vehicular traffic had become a problem, these were within the main shopping centre and pedestrian zones of this historic town centre, Kingston Borough Council can now control and monitor traffic flows through the MACS automated rising bollard system and are able to respond quickly to any technical faults with our inhouse designed remote access fault monitoring system. Kingston Borough Council have found that due to CCTV coverage maintenance costs are kept to a minimum as collision damage can be correctly attributed to the guilty party.
